Our Qu4 HT series machines excel at working with materials such as PEAK, PEKK, PPSU, and PEI (PolyEtherImide - ULTEM®), as well as conventional materials like ABS, PC, fiber-filled materials, and metal-filled materials (MIM), such as BASF's Ultrafuse® 17-4 and 316L series.
We produce both serial machines and fulfill custom orders, where based on proprietary solutions, we can create a dedicated system for the client.

Four decades of experience
QUALUP SAS is led by Philippe & Myriam Boichut—Philippe, an engineer with 40 years of experience in CAD design, machinery, and production systems. Boichut created the first proprietary 3D printers back in 2011, consistently pushing boundaries in FFF technology.

Industrial manufacturing of industrial AM machines
We are a French company that proudly manufactures all its machines and products in France. Selected components and accessories are produced in the European Union, adhering to the highest standards of quality and control.
The production of our high-performance 3D printers from the Qu4 HT series is divided into three stages:
STAGE 1 - design
Each new machine comes to life at our Lugny office. This initial stage is crucial, as it enables us to design and prototype ingenious and original solutions. We use the latest numerical simulation technologies available to optimize our designs and guarantee maximum performance.
STAGE 2 - manufacturing
All manufacturing takes place in Mâcon, where network of our local partners have modern facilities covering 3,000 m². These facilities are equipped for highest quality laser cutting, and CNC bending. Other subtractors do the CNC machining, as well as other finishing operations such as paint.
STAGE 3 – assembly and quality control
Machine assembly, wiring and electrical cabinet production also take place in Mâcon.
The final touches are added back in Lugny head office, where we assemble the printheads, calibrate and adjust the firmware.
This process, from design to assembly, gives us total autonomy and extreme flexibility.
