A FAMILY COMPANY
QUALUP SAS is a family-run company with six partners, specializing in the design and development of innovative solutions in the field of 3D printing.
We have been designing 3D printing machines since 2011, and manufacturing them since 2012. Over the years, we've gone through several challenges linked to the evolution of the 3D printing sector. Today, we're still here, financially healthy and ready to take on new challenges.
Thanks to our transparency, agility and integrity towards our customers, we have won the trust of major corporations.
Financially autonomous, we are accountable only to our team. Almost all our profits are reinvested in R&D for 3D printing technologies. We're constantly on the lookout for new ideas and innovations that can improve or simplify our customers' experience (and, admittedly, ours a little too!).
Our team is passionate, dedicated and determined to solve our customers' problems. At QUALUP SAS, we always do what's best for the customer, because our customers are the most important people in our company.
MACHINE DESIGN
Each new machine comes to life at our Lugny facility (71260 - FRANCE). This initial stage is crucial, as it enables us to design and prototype innovative solutions.
We use the latest numerical simulation technologies available to optimize our designs and guarantee maximum performance.
MACHINE MANUFACTURING
For manufacturing, we have chosen to outsource all our production to Mâcon (71000, France), where our local partners have modern facilities covering 3,000 m². These facilities are equipped for laser cutting, CNC bending. Other subtractors do the CNC machining, as well as other finishing operations such as baked-on paint.
MACHINE ASSEMBLY
Machine assembly, wiring and electrical cabinet production also take place in Mâcon. We currently have the capacity to assemble up to fifteen machines a year, with the possibility of easily doubling production.
FINISHES
The final touches are added in Lugny, where we assemble the printheads, calibrate and adjust the firmware.

This process, from design to assembly, gives us total autonomy and extreme flexibility. Thanks to cutting-edge technologies, we are able to adapt to market variations, guaranteeing our customers innovative, high-quality products that are ready to meet the challenges of high-temperature 3D printing.
